Returns:
A 30 day store credit return policy for any item purchased through our website goes active from your shipment date. All items returned must include 100% of the original packaging, returned items will also be inspected- if any returned items are damaged the return will be voided and the item returned to its purchaser. The 30 day exchange does not apply to custom terminated cables, only stock Items.
Products sold on clearance through forums, Google shopping or eBay are non-returnable items.

Order Processing:
The standard order processing time is 7 business days. At times an order backlog does get built up and the wait time can be slightly longer, generally no longer than 2-3 weeks max for orders, if you need a rush order please contact info@nortoncable.com before placing any orders to check our order backlog which varies daily.
If you order an item that is out of stock or insufficient stock is available to fill your order, you will be notified via email and telephone of a shortage with an estimated ship time.
